We offer an in-house packing and shipping service for most lots and approximate quotes are given in advance on the lot description page to help you work out what you may pay in total for your lot(s). Please note that these are estimates ONLY.

If we have indicated on the Lot Description page that we can ship a lot, and you require your purchased lot(s) to be packed and shipped by us, please let us know by email, or by clicking the 'Request Shipping' button on the online invoice, after you receive your invoice so that our shipping department can calculate an exact cost - particularly if you have purchased more than one lot.

We ship all lots via a tracked and insured UPS service only.

Please note that shipping insurance can only be calculated after the hammer falls on the day of the auction, as we need the value of the package in order to calculate the insurance cost. The cost of insurance is 1.5% of the total of the invoice(s), which is added to the cost of shipping via UPS.

We will then be in contact with you with an accurate total cost for insured packing and shipping, which can be added to your original invoice.

We're aware of the environment when packing and we use environmentally friendly materials where possible - all our boxes are FSC approved and are made from responsible sources.

IMPORT DUTIES & TARIFFS
When your item(s) arrive in your country, import duties, tariffs & taxes and other service charges may be payable before goods are released to you. These duties, tariffs, taxes and charges vary for each country and are entirely your responsibility and must be paid by you. Please note that we have no way of knowing what they will be. If you do not pay these charges, your item(s) will be returned to us.

LOTS THAT WE CANNOT SHIP
Please note that there are some items and/or lots that we will not be able to pack and ship. This may be because due to the fragility of an item, its size, its weight, its value, or due to other restrictions. Where possible, this will be noted on the item description page.

Therefore, it/they must be collected from our premises in Royal Tunbridge Wells, or you can nominate a third party packer and shipper of your choice.

THIRD PARTY COLLECTIONS
Please note that you must inform us in writing by email using the email account that you registered to bid with that you are giving your permission for any third party to collect your items. You must include the name of the third party collecting, the date and time they will be collecting and send them an email which they can use as proof of ID. Lots must be paid for in full before they will be released.
